strawberries and cherry... fruity and very light...good for someone who doesn't enjoy wine... salmon would be a good dish... not much taste in the beginning... much better after it breathes

Characteristics of Pinot are detectable but nothing unique or spectacular. Unpleasant hints of wood and cork, slightly overly acidic and bitter.
  • Fellow Drync'r
A little spicier (and more expensive) than the 08 Ropiteau, and much broader range of flavors. Smooth upfront, with a long spicy finish.
