Tried this very generous and fruits confits wine at the Bicycle Thief in Halifax. I was blown away by the fruit aromas and supple tannins which blended beautifully with our meal.

Ripe strawberries, dried fruit aromas, chocolate, coffee, liquorice, cloves. acidity and tannin are still holding up; should be good for another 1-2 years. tasted feb 25 2011 at bistecca, hk
