Simply awash in rich oak, but never anything less than deep and long on juicy, apple-like fruit, this full-bodied and wonderfully flavorful Chardonnay is immensely fruity and genuinely layered at one and the same time. Surprisingly complex considering its relative youth, it is accessible now and comes without need of further time in the bottle, but it is exceptionally well-balanced for the big wine that it is, and it is in no danger of fading away anytime soon.
