Dark and impenetrable with deep Purple hues. Tight and intriguing bouquet of; dark cherry, mineral, espresso, cinnamon, roasted meats and potpourri notes. The palate opens gently with refined definition, nicely accentuated by asolid core of fruit weight without heaviness. Excellent balance of tannins and acid as it stays true to its Central Victorian terroir. Cellaring potential of 8+ years.
