WINEMAKER'S NOTE
This wine has a very deep garnet colour and notes of dried Chinese plum, mincemeat, warm blackberry, cloves and espresso. The palate gives medium to firm, fine tannin and medium to high acidity. Lacking just a little flesh in the mid-palate, the finish is long.
