It seems to boil in the glass, and the followup mouthfeel is as creamy and refined as any California sparkler in memory. The Pinot asserts itself in delicate touches of raspberries and strawberries. New world nose, hugely drinkable, smooth, long finish, good acidity. fruity. Some breadiness on the flavor, but not the nose. It's hard not not guzzle it, it's so tasty. no alc whatsover, but some syrupyness to the mouthfeel. not as crisp as the cava. No "apple" anywhere near this. beautiful acidity! Reeeely long finish. Seriously delicious sparkling!
