Pale straw. White peach, pear and anise on the nose, energized by a light dusting of minerals. Light-bodied pit fruit and bitter pear skin flavors pick up a lightly sweet, honeyed note with air. Finishes with gentle, refreshing bitterness and a lingering candied lemon quality. This would be great with coconut-based curries.
