deep red with a hint of brown. clean. plum, prune, clove w a hint of green olive, and a hint of smokiness. 13%alc. this Shiraz is fruity and subtle at the same time. mid+ tannin. not overpowering but a mild body and average balance. pairs really well with lamb and one could also sip it if the loved big reds for sipping only.
