07.19.09. HB dinner at chez nous. Cam and I had ruby trout w Dijon creme sauce topped w shrooms. Port, creme brulee and chocolate mousse for dessert. We missed the fried shallots but enjoyed the change of pace! As usual a supper that provided a great deal of transportation. Cams first course was pork/shoulder pate and I had the creme of shroom. Our happiest meals in austin always include chez nous. <br/><br/>Next time, chilled potatoe leek soup. Must make the effort.
