Light, bright yellow. Fresh apple, fig and tangerine on the nose, with a kiss of vanillin oak adding depth. Pliant orchard and pit fruit flavors are given tangy lift by citrus peel and dusty minerals. The fruit is a touch sweet but the wine's minerality helps it maintain focus and energy.

One the one hand fresh, mildly oaky and a wee touch candied in the nose, and on the other a bit stiff and slightly green on the palate, this clean but underfilled offering gradually gives up its initial fruit to citrusy acids and is cut short at the finish by a faint chalky note.
