Wine Tasting Notes Dark black with red hues, this wine is full-bodied with rich flavors of chocolate covered cherries, ripe plum, cassis and spice. The influence of aging the wine for 18 months in new American oak imparts subtle hints of vanilla and nutmeg that yield to the dominant fruit characteristics, ending with a long elegant finish.
