Description Made from 100% Pinot Noir. This wine is interesting aromatically and shows cherry, tree bark and hints of rainy forest. It has a focused red fruit profile that is laced with some earthy truffle and a hint of spice on the finish. It pairs excellently with partridge and other small game birds. A lighter style Pinot.
