Medium red. Deep cherry and blackberry aromas are complemented by toasty oak and white pepper. A firm, juicy midweight with good depth to its bitter cherry and dark berry flavors and subtle vanillin sweetness. Finishes youthfully firm, with good spicy persistence. Give this at least a couple years to unwind.
