Ripe melons and juicy, kiwi-like fruit take the lead in the mildly herbal aromas of this immediately appealing young wine, yet, while reasonably fruity once in the mouth, it proves to be just a touch heavy and wants a little more brightness and bounce to rise all the way to full one-star recommendation.
