very nice smell and very nice taste does have a bit of a bite so It does need to open up bit and could be kept. had this with new York strip at Sullivan steak house.

deep color, rich nose of black cherry and cedar. a bit tight on tannins, but lingering earthy finish w hint of mushrooms. Needs more time but lots of potential.
