Bright medium ruby. Superripe, porty aromas of blueberry, espresso and licorice. Deep, sexy and sweet, with very ripe, densely packed flavors of crushed dark berries, licorice and spicy oak. Finishes with ripe, chewy tannins and sweet fruit. Not a subtle wine but offers a lot of flavor-not to mention considerable immediate appeal.
