Abundant fruit and honey flavors bound together with the right balance of sweetness and acidity. The harmony of Vouvray - just a touch of sugar, but still officially dry - is immediately apparent and genuinely appealing. Delicately flavored foods such as trout and other fresh-water fish, chicken and veal. Will also pair nicely with many salads, lighter pasta and rice dishes.

Had at marche baccus. Very tasty with or without food. Sweet but not tangy.
