Fellow Drync'rAmarone' are picked and laid out to dry on straw mats resulting in a raisoning of the grapes. After fermentation the wine is cellar'd for (2) yrs in oak and then bottled for another (2) yrs before being released.

aceparkanother great wine made from corvina grape. big wine with great legs. almost syrupy but nice and dry. great with grilled red meat dish.
