2006 Blackstone Winery Merlot
Expert Reviews

Connoisseurs' Guide to California WinesClean, mild, weedy and just red-cherryish enough to cling to its Merlot heritage, this medium-full-bodied bottling is a bit stiff and angular on the palate, and whatever fruit is possesses has a hard time unfolding now, and yet there is little reason to believe that its interest level will blossom with age.
