Clean, mild, weedy and just red-cherryish enough to cling to its Merlot heritage, this medium-full-bodied bottling is a bit stiff and angular on the palate, and whatever fruit is possesses has a hard time unfolding now, and yet there is little reason to believe that its interest level will blossom with age.

Stiff is good word. Angular too. Just red enough. 1.14.09. Sheila just busted it out
