Winemaker Adam Hazeldine used two Marlborough vineyards, one in Awatere Valley and the other in Waihopai Valley, to make this Sauvignon Blanc. 85,000 cases made. Babich Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is an ideal aperitif wine, and can also be enjoyed with pasta, seafood, white meats and vegetarian dishes. Try it with a seafood and asparagus risotto.
