Medium red. Fresh raspberry, blackberry and Asian spice aromas convey ripeness and clarity. Sappy red and dark berry flavors offer good palate coverage and a bright note of orange peel. The spice character returns on the moderately long, sweet finish. Offers immediate, fruit-driven appeal and is more exotic and alluring than the '05 version.

Scarlet red in color, the 2006 Premier Cuvee opens with lifted aromas of black cherries, rose petal, vanilla and a hint of savory spice. Pomegranate, currant floral notes notes mingle on the palate with mulling spices, anise, juicy plum and clean earth. The wine is sumptuous and bright with layers of mineral, flint and spice surrounding a seductive black cherry core. we had this with dinner at urban farmer for dinner just after my birthday, I had the grass fed oregon steak it was great, and Saori had the scallops

medium to full body for this fantastic willamette Pinot noir. Was excellent with a sesame-crusted tuna.

basically perfect, 5/5 all the way, dark cherry with spice, great mouth feel
