beautiful and classy showing off super pedigree of burgundy. light on nose but super finish. went well with light Japanese dishes. 07/12 consistent showing as before. but matured a bit to show a more creamy and buttery nose and finish. 01/13 opens up after some time. Full mature burgundy on the nose but still light on the finish on its own. complexity comes up with food. 02/13 settles down beautifully on day 2, again showing need to given time to open.

initial nose very tight, ripe yellow fruits, talcum powder and buttery on the palate but quite elegant,
