Slightly hazy in appearance and very well concentrated in aroma, this young, energetic offering smells of Fuji apples and roasted nuts with a suggestion of toasty oak also in the mix. It is quite full in body and has plenty of fleshy, pulpy texture that avoids any tendency to excess because the wine is also lightened and lengthened by fully supporting acidity. Serve it with seafoods that are both tangy and savory like lobster in a garlic-ginger-basil sauce.
