This limited release has been crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon 60% and Merlot vines 36%grown in selected Barossa vineyards.it has been blended and aged in small franch oak and American oak hogsheads for 12months prior to bottling and demonstrates the strengths of both varities. The leafy blackcurrant notes of the cabernet are perfectly matched by the rich, soft plummy note of the merlot. The color is deep with a richly structured palate and lingering aftertaste.it is delightful with pan fired pork chops, roast chicken or paster
