Wine Advocate"The 2005 El Burro 'Kickass' Garnacha was fermented in tank and barrel aged 4 months in American oak. Tasting like a village Cotes du Rhone, this purple colored wine has aromas of kirsch and garrigue, ripe cherry and jammy red currant flavors, and enough structure to last for 3-5 years. It is an excellent value. This wine deftly reveals both elegance and power."
