WINEMAKER'S NOTE
2005 Zinfandel. Part of the "new wave" wines to roll out from my humble little shack. Deep color and aromatics showcase the new fermentation protocals I started in 2005. Again I could bore you with Brix, pH, TA and yeast strains but Id rather use the technical term of "Bitchen"! Yes, I am over fifty and Im not handling it very well.<br/><br/>
