Made from a 50/50 blend of Cabernet and Merlot (older vines!) this is made in that classic Medoc style that features a dense black fruit character, wrapped around a core of anise, cedar and mineral. Full-bodied with great grip, but somehow the palate is velvety and refined. This is the kind of Medoc that will drink well early, but should age for age beautifully for at least 10+ years.
