14% Syrah; 3% Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine has shown very well in its first go-round with us, and there is no question it is both wholly enjoyable and also a fine value. It comes with a nice center of medium-density red cherry fruit, an extra bit of tannin, but no more than a good steak will cure, and it might even age a bit, but it is probably best reserved for near-term drinking.
