Aug 2009, $178@ 360, 1st nose -black currant, floral, charcoal, mild. 2nd nose - black currant, charcoal, more smoky still not too strong. After 10 min breathe - astringent, bitter, unsmooth. After 30 min breathe- still astringent and bitter but have more layers. Palate-unsmooth, not fruity at all, a bit too acid and bitter. Became better when drinking with Parma ham, but the pleasant feeling was short and unstable,astringent taste came back very soon. Overall: not good
