Wine & SpiritsAn elegantly dark eggplant-purple hue introduces you to this wine. The enticing aromas of black cherry, oak and vanillin draw you into this feathery-soft Bordeaux. As hospitable as the black cherry and oak tastes are, the Provençal herbal layers, which should be drawn out with some decanting, invite you to stay longer. Best enjoyed with roasted lamb or something gamey.
