This blend of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc sports a solid, deep purple-ruby hue; aromas & tastes of ripe black fruits (blackberry, black currant, boysenberry), with hints of vanilla, cocoa & brown spices from the oak treatment. Full-bodied, long on flavor, it is true to its grapes & vintage: smooooooth, juicy and round. Enjoy with red meat preparations, both bloomy-rind & firm, aged cheeses, by itself by the fire.
