The 2005 Cardinal Zin is a simple and straightforward Zinfandel, medium dark in color, with a nice balance of fruit and spice. This Zinfandel combines luscious fruit tones of ripe blackberries and plums with hints of brewed tea, black pepper and vanilla. Easy to drink, with soft tannins.
