International Wine CellarRed-ruby. Slightly medicinal aromas of redcurrant and licorice, but clearly riper than the pinot noir and bonarda under the Alamos label. Juicy and aromatic in the mouth, with moderately ripe flavors of spicy berries, mint and fresh herbs. Finishes with firm-edged tannins and lingering sweetness of fruit. Excellent value in cabernet.
