WINEMAKER'S NOTE
2004 Whitehall Lane Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley - Silver Anniversary. The Reserve offerings have always represented the very best barrel lots from some of the finest vineyards in Napa Valley. The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes in the Silver Anniversary Reserve include fruit harvested from select vine rows in the Leonardini Vineyard in St. Helena, the Morisoli Vineyard in Rutherford and a small vineyard block on the eastern hills of Napa Valley. These grapes were harvested between September 18 and September 27, 2004. The wine was aged in a combination of French and American oak barrels read more...for 25 months. This classic, opulent Napa Valley Cabernet has aromas of black cherry, cassis and scents of creamy vanilla framed by toasty French oak. It has rounded, luxurious flavors of blackberry, mulberry and mocha. This delicious Reserve offering displays great balance, ripeness and offers a long, silky smooth finish. Enjoy to 2016.
