Each vintage, the Sterling Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is created from the finest lots from their Napa Valley vineyards. Selected for their intensity of flavor and varietal concentration, the individual lots are kept separate and then blended together before barrel aging. The 2004 Reserve Cabernet grapes are sourced from Bear Flats Vineyards, the rolling hills of Moore Vineyards, the more mountainous Peterson Vineyards and Larsen Ranch in Calistoga where varietal character excels.
