This wine benefits from decanting. Nose of cherry, strawberry, hay, barnyard, malt vinegar. Medium acids and tannins. Well balanced. Flavors of cherry, plum, lemon, malt vinegar. Worked well with fried chicken. Excellent value. Enthusiastically recommend with fried foods and tapas.
