This wine is the perfect match for filet mignon with a Cabernet reduction sauce,marinated prime rib, braised beef short ribs, grilled portobello mushrooms withblue cheese butter, grilled tuna, wild game and hearty pasta dishes or stews. Also awonderful wine to pair with dark chocolate desserts like flourless chocolate cake.
