Quintessentially Californian in its extravagant richness and in its wholly outgoing manner, this big, bold, highly ripened and oh so deeply fruited Cabernet marries loads of lush, black-cherry fruit with sweet oak to spare. It is full and very fleshy in texture, yet it finds just enough slightly soft tannins for structure, and its very long, very flavorful finish is brimming with fruit. It could be enjoyed early on with juicy cuts of lamb or beef, but it will be better yet if patience is practice...

Deep red. Ripe cherry and redcurrant aromas, with a deeper note of dark chocolate. Full and round, with flavors of cherry compote and plum jam supported by gentle tannins. A round, sweet cabernet with very good depth and length. You could drink this now.
