Rich aroma of fig and strawberry with slightly astringet, almost floral or cedar backing. Full, deep fruit with dry figgy finish. Opens up a lot, with increasing complexity. Full dry finish of dark cherry and fig.

Ham, not very mature cheese, casseroles with sauses which are not to spicy , boiled or stewed pulses, poultry, red meat, grills and roast.

Very nice and tasty, a little bit strong, but good. Love it!!! (95)
