International Wine CellarDark purple. High-pitched aromas of spicy cherry, blackberry and licorice, with a musky undertone. Nicely concentrated and weighty, with a chewy texture and spicy dark berry flavors accented by grilled meat and black pepper. Youthfully taut on the finish, showing a vaguely bitter quality. I suspect that this will flesh out with some bottle age.
