5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Strident aromatic herbaceousness sets the tone for this bottling right from the start, and, while it may muster a thin bit of cherryish fruit along the way, the wine soon runs out of steam on the palate and stiffens up as drying tannin takes hold at the finish.
