Olivier Bernard has crafted two of the wines of the vintage: Domaine de<br/>Chevalier's Rouge and Blanc. By reducing his crop through rigorous green<br/>harvesting and later removing leaves to expose the grapes to the Indian<br/>summer's sun, he provided winemaker Stéphane Derenoncourt with the perfect<br/>ingredient with which to work. Their red wine exhibits intoxicating Graves<br/>minerality and terroir with a ripe black fruit core.
