2004 Château Latour à Pomerol
International Wine CellarGood full, dark red. Sexy aromas of redcurrant, smoked meat, minerals and tobacco. Suave on entry, then fine-grained and bright in the middle palate, with silky flavors of plum, truffle and game complemented by a lightly herbal element. This spreads out nicely to coat the palate on the back end. This has turned out well.
