Good. Not sure I would get it again. had a very slight bitter finish, almost hoppy or grapefruit like. Left me feeling a bit dry. Otherwise would pair well with seasoned lamb or similar.

For me, it opened dry but it finished pretty soft and paired well with chicken in a brown sauce.
