10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Smelling of ripeness but not of fruit, this big too stolid offering relies on dried plum notes and quiet hints of dark chocolate for character in both nose and mouth. Its finish, however, is tight and dry, and, overall, the wine delivers more structure than center.
