Comprised of over 85% Bennett Valley fruit, this Merlot welcome with a bright cranberry color, so dense that it might be mistaken for a cranberry concentrate. The nose begins with black fruit, cherry and a slight hint of espresso roast. True to the nose, the palate bursts with blackberry fruit, a touch of blueberry fruit and as Winemaker Francois Cordesse describes, a melting toffee character.
