Wine.comA deep violet color, with intense aromas of red fruits, some menthol and spicy complexity. In the palate the wine shows great structure, with firm tannins, fruity flavors with a rich complexity and delightful persistence. Wine and Food: Serve with boar, duck, goose, lamb, venison in spicy sauce, couscous, cheeses: Gouda, and Gruyere.
