A sweet, honeyed quality adds richness to the spicy orchard fruit flavors, with a light roasted hazelnut note gaining strength on the back end. Full, fleshy and rich on the finish, with the honey and nut qualities recurring. I'd err on drinking this on the young side, with rich food.
