Our 1999 Sebastiani Sonoma Cask Chardonnay has a medium golden color with aromas of green apple, lemon zest, vanilla and roasted nuts (from the oak barrels). It is medium bodied with intense Golden Delicious apple fruit flavors. The finish is soft with hints of caramel and bread toast. Enjoyable now in its youth, it will develop more hazelnut and honeyed complexities over the next three years while retaining its fruit.
