Wine.comThis wine is a beautiful golden color, with aromas of apples, roasted nuts, toasted coconut and smoky oak. It is very full in the mouth with lots of weight on the palate. The flavors of this wine run towards apples and pears with less of the tropical characteristics normally present. It also has a softer acid structure than normal and a buttery/oaky flavor. Alcohol Level: 12.5% A lean, focused style with spicy pear, green apple and lemon meringue touches, and a flinty edge, finishing with lively acidity, a burst of citrusy flavors and a dash of toasty oak. -Wine Spectator
